How to open a support ticket using the Help Center

So you need help with opening tickets using our help center page? No worries it is easier than it may seem!

Step 1: Creating an account (Skip to step 2 if you already have an account)
  1. go to the signup page
  2. Enter your name and email in their respective fields and complete the captcha!
  3. One you sign up you should receive and email with a button to activate your account
  4. Click "Activate Account" and create a password
  5. Once your account is created and you have successfully signed in proceed to step 2
Step 2: Opening a ticket
  1. Go to My Area (it will prompt you to sign in if you aren't already)
  2. Then select Add Ticket
  3. Select the department (SGM Computing is an option but you can just select SaltyGoatMedia even if you need support for that website as it all goes to the same place)
  4. In the subject box put your issue and then describe it as detailed as possible in the Description box
  5. Don't worry about the product field unless you need help with a product from one of our stores
  6. You can set a priority and classification but we don't really use them so you can just leave them as "-None-"
  7. Finally attach any necessary files and hit Submit
